NIV is an outdoor two-day festival that celebrates Horror themed vendors, local food, car show, and live music. The festival features over 50  vendors, a haunt, food, drinks, and 8 live music performances. A band schedule will be posted about 1 month before the event.

NIV is October 4&5, 2025 at the Silverton Hotel and Casino is Las Vegas. Please check out our Hotels tab for our hotel suggestions that are the closest to the event. There is FREE parking at the event.

Mini's under 10 will get a general admission free with paying adult. Does not include VIP entry.

2 kids per paying adult. All VIP benefits will need a VIP pass no exceptions. Strollers are allowed in the venue.

IMPORTANT: Passes/Registration must be printed for entry into Nightmare in Vegas!

By purchasing a pass and/or attending Nightmare in Vegas, you agree to the following:

• Non-Refundable Policy: All passes are non-refundable for any reason, including health concerns related to Covid-19, personal circumstances, or other issues.
   
• Single-Use Passes: Each pass is valid for one individual only. For example, Weekend or VIP passes cannot be shared between different guests or used by different individuals on different days.
   
• Discounts: No Discounts are applied to VIP passes.
   
• Entry & Seating: Passes do not guarantee admission to specific panels, presentations, classes, or attractions. Arrive early for popular sessions as seating is first-come, first-served. Vendors and exhibitors may charge for experiences within their designated areas.
   
• Event Cancellation & Changes: If the event is canceled for reasons other than “force majeure” (such as war, strike, riot, crime, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events beyond control), Nightmare in Vegas will refund the face value of purchased passes. The organizers reserve the right to modify the event date or schedule up to five weeks prior to the original date; attendees will be notified promptly of any changes.
   
• Image & Likeness Use: By attending, you grant Nightmare in Vegas, its agents, licensees, or assigns permission to use your image and/or likeness for promotional and advertising purposes across current and future media.
   
• Behavior Expectations: Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by event staff, to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
   
• Outside Promotions: Distributing flyers or engaging in promotional activities within the event without prior written permission from the organizers is strictly prohibited. this item.

Celebrities and special guests set their own rates and rules for autographs and photos at their table or booth. 

There is no outside food and drink, except one water bottle per person. NO coolers or ice chests are allowed

YES. In fact we encourage costumes and cosplay. You will also get a discounted entry if you arrive in Costume. PLEASE NOTE RESTRICTIONS ON PROPS:

All costume weapons must conform to state and federal law; Absolutely no fake/prop firearms or props resembling firearms. Projectile costume weapons must be rendered inoperable; Absolutely no props with sharp edges or points, or that could be mistaken as a real firearm or  blade. No real chainsaws (even if rendered inoperable) or prop metal chainsaws.

NIV reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone carrying a weapon or wearing a costume deemed unsafe or inappropriate at our sole discretion.

For Public Safety, the following items and / or actions are prohibited 

*No Weapons, Ammunition, Tasers, Explosives, Fireworks, Tear Gas, Pepper Spray 

*No Outside Food or Beverage including Candy 

*No Alcohol 

*No illegal / controlled substances or paraphernalia for use 

*No oversized personal bags without exhibitor credentials (Includes duffel bags, suitcases, et al) 

*No Pets (except for service animals)

*No Glass Bottles, Metal Cans, Cups or Coolers, Camelbacks, Bota Bags 

*No Flags, Beach Balls, Frisbees, Balloons

*No footage or photographs may be used for commercial purposes without event approval.

*No Stickers, Flyers, Posters, Sharpies/Markers, Spray Paint

*No Water Guns, Toy Replica Weapons, Squirt Bottles, Soap Bubbles, Slingshots

*No Skateboards, Roller Skates, or Roller Blades 

*No Drones or Remote-Control devices (except for ADA use) 

*No Sitting in standing room only areas
